Based on the data, I create a training plan with progression, nutrition recommendations, and a recovery plan. Everything tailored to your goals and lifestyle.

Execution and monitoring

Together we start executing the programme. We track progress digitally with the Garmin ecosystem, perform regular measurements, and adjust the plan based on results.
